Meet the Founder, Dr. Danielle Madden-Buck...
Danielle is an educational leader, executive leader, advocate, founder, and dedicated mom committed to helping every child be understood, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed. She is the Founder & CEO of Playbook Educational Strategies, where she partners with schools, youth organizations, and families to build strong leaders, confident staff, and inclusive environments where children can thrive.
As a current school principal and experienced non-profit leader, Danielle has led teams, strengthened school culture, improved accountability, and helped staff turn training into real-world practice. With over 25 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, she brings deep expertise in youth development, athletics, community programming, and organizational leadership.
Danielle holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management with a specialization in Special Education from Gwynedd Mercy University and a Parent Advocacy Certificate from Vanderbilt University. Through her leadership experience as both a principal and nonprofit executive, she has learned that teachers and staff need ongoing coaching, support, and practical tools to succeed in serving all children. She also understands that staff members themselves have unique needs, diverse learning styles, and strengths—and that one-time professional development workshops often fail to create lasting growth or meaningful change.
Through Playbook Educational Strategies, Danielle combines leadership, advocacy, and practical coaching to help adults better support every child.
